Weightlifting Fundamentals Online Mini Course

The Weightlifting Fundamentals mini course will give registrants the opportunity to build a clear distinction between training for strength and training for power. Each of the fundamental movements of the series will be broken down to ensure the learn has a clear understanding of how to coach and perform the key lifts. By the end of the mini course you should be able to identify three components of each movement (Clean and Jerk & Snatch) as well as three skill development movements to help improve both.
